Aristotle once observed “Those who educate children well are more to be honoured than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living." Beloved teachers we have had many, but kind souls that leave everlasting footprints on dynamic lands, those whose teachings we hold close to heart at times of peril are indeed few. An excellent teacher, visionary, guide and inspiration, Unnithan Sir was one of those few teachers who could make an impact on how we looked at a subject that is dreaded by many and simultaneously educate us about life itself. Teaching in his hands grew from mere instruction to a divine art which bore thousands who scaled the highest levels of academic and professional excellence. But above that he taught us lessons of living that few others have dared to venture into and for that we are eternally grateful.
